I bought a grade but it is locked
Open Settings in the app and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
I bought a grade on the website
Log in with the same Music Theory Wizard account in the app. Your purchase should then appear.
A lesson or question looks wrong
Please send a screenshot and tell us the grade, lesson name and question number. This helps us fix it quickly.
